Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruiting, training, developing, and managing policies—including performance evaluation—and supporting managers. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive involvement in recruitment and personnel development 2. Management of internal assessment and development processes 3. Support and guidance in conflict resolution and alignment with managers The professional is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and executing recruitment and pre\-selection policies through internal or external selection processes; Conducting selection processes; Planning and delivering organizational training; Leading performance evaluation processes; Assisting in the implementation and updating of organizational policies and procedures; Leading internal development processes and programs, such as the LDP (Leadership Development Program), for example; Conducting the Organizational Climate Survey; Supporting managers and analysts in resolving conflicts by providing guidance and support for handling specific issues arising within teams; Participating in meetings with managers to align on staffing and training\/development needs. Supporting payroll reconciliation services.
