Responsibilities: * Organization and preparation of dishes and ingredients; * Coordination of internal kitchen processes; * Management of support staff; * Development and monitoring of operational checklists; * Preparation of mise en place; * Ensuring cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Cook for at least 6 months (mandatory); * Organization, leadership, and agility; * Knowledge of good food handling practices (a plus).
