Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning and maintaining various areas, reporting damages, and recording sanitation activities, working as part of a team. Key Highlights: 1. Requirement for a sense of urgency and workplace organization * Clean floors, walls, handrails, stairs, countertops, drinking fountains, televisions, windows, and any other necessary areas using appropriate tools provided by the company; * Report damages—such as toilets, flush valves, sinks, trash bins, or any other issues discovered during your shift—to the facilities supervisor; * Record cleaned areas according to company protocol; * Maintain communication with other team members, offering or requesting assistance when necessary. **Prerequisites** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in general services; * Knowledge of cleaning products and their functions; * Availability to work during standard business hours. **Skills** * Sense of urgency to prioritize tasks requiring immediate attention; * Organizational skills to establish, together with the team, routines best suited to the company’s needs; * Team spirit, as you will constantly interact with your team and with other teams that support your work in various ways.
