Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to execute high-standard construction projects at CEGIRD, with emphasis on quality, control, and finishing. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Senior Civil Engineer** to work directly on the **CEGIRD construction project — State Center for Integrated Risk and Disaster Management**, focusing on quality, control, and high-standard finishing. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and execute daily fieldwork on-site. * Manage internal and third-party teams. * Control schedule, quality, and productivity. * Verify work execution, measurements, and finishing standards. * Support planning and execution control. * Act autonomously, proposing solutions and resolving issues in real time. **Position Challenges** * Renovation work in an institutional environment. * High technical and aesthetic requirements. * Balancing execution, control, and construction management. **Expected Profile** * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Mid-to-senior level with practical on-site experience. * Hands-on and analytical mindset. * Day-to-day autonomy aligned with management expectations. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. **Desired Experience** * Execution of civil construction projects, preferably renovations. * Experience with **high-standard finishing**. * Field experience and management of work fronts.
