Ludolfo Pizza is a pizzeria offering a variety of flavors and artisanal pizza options. With an emphasis on ingredient quality and customer service, it aims to deliver a unique gastronomic experience. **Responsibilities:** Supervise store opening and closing procedures. Verify quantities and quality of ingredients. Report receipt of materials and ingredients. Train new employees. Supervise the receipt, control, quantity, storage, and quality of ingredients. Manage the employee team, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices. Manage delivery operations, consistently prioritizing efficiency and deadlines. Manage delivery timing. Ensure quality in pizza preparation, assembly, and baking procedures. Ensure compliance with food service good practices as per current legislation. Maintain a clean and organized workplace at all times. Master public-facing duties, cash handling, and system operation.
