Supervise and guide the kitchen team, where applicable The restaurant seeks a Head Chef professional in Porto Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and finish food according to the chain's standards, ensuring flavor, quality, presentation, and food safety. Prepare and finish menu dishes with technical and visual excellence, prioritizing meats and typical side dishes. Strictly follow technical sheets, portioning, and presentation standards defined by the chain. Organize workstations, utensils, and equipment before, during, and after shifts. Ensure food quality control by monitoring expiration dates, storage conditions, and hygiene standards. Supervise and guide kitchen assistants and cooks, where applicable. Position located in Porto Alegre / RS.
