Analytical and operational support to the Production Coordinator Professional responsible for supporting the implementation and operation of the system's MES module, monitoring production indicators, organizing area information, and assisting in quality control routines, acting as analytical and operational support to the Production Coordinator. **Main Responsibilities** * Systems and indicators (MES / Production) * Assist in the implementation, configuration, and testing of the system's MES module * Perform data entry, validation, and verification of production data in the system * Monitor performance indicators of the production area (productivity, efficiency, losses, times, etc.) * Generate operational reports and dashboards * Consolidate and relay information and analyses to the Production Coordinator * Quality control (support) * Assist in quality inspection control and recordkeeping * Support the organization of quality records (checklists, non-conformities, standards) * Help standardize area processes and forms * Support the tracking of corrective and preventive actions * Area organization and controls * Organize production documents, procedures, and records * Create and maintain spreadsheets, controls, and administrative routines for the area * Support the structuring of internal processes and continuous improvement * Act as an interface between production, quality, and systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience on the factory floor or in manufacturing * Familiarity with ERP or MES systems * Basic knowledge of production or quality indicators Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.622,41 \- R$2\.972,54 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance
