This internship is designed to support students’ technical and professional development, fostering practical learning and integration into engineering department processes. **Job Responsibilities** * Support execution of technical activities related to the engineering area, as directed by the team. * Conduct analyses, data collection, organization of technical information, and preparation of reports. * Participate in project meetings, testing, validations, or process improvements, as applicable to your assigned area. * Use engineering tools and software to support drawings, calculations, simulations, or technical documentation. * Collaborate with various departments (production, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure high-quality delivery of tasks within deadlines. * Propose ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes. * Uphold AGCO’s safety, quality, and Farmer First culture in all activities. **Job Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, Agricultural, or related fields). * Expected graduation between [insert timeframe, e.g., December 2026 to December 2027]. * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with engineering tools (CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and intermediate English proficiency are preferred. * Proactive attitude, curiosity, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative and challenging environment. **Job Segment:** Intern, AutoCAD, CAD, Drafting, Agricultural, Entry Level, Engineering, Agriculture
