Feel free to register for all available positions of interest; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-person, telephone, chat, and email service to candidates, delivering excellent and personalized support; * Prospect new candidates through various initiatives; * Manage the portfolio of partner companies and schools, strengthening relationships and identifying new partnership opportunities; * Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring enrollment targets are met; * Closely monitor sales performance using tools such as spreadsheets and management systems; * Prepare performance reports (Excel and System); * Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and propose solutions. * Conduct weekly external activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Minimum completed high school diploma. * Prior experience in customer service is required. * Driver’s license category B and personal vehicle preferred (not mandatory) **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) — 220 hours/month. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Pharmacy Discount Program; * Childcare Assistance; * Totalpass (discounts at accredited gyms); * Study Grant.
