




Job Summary: A professional to plan, create, and execute window displays and product presentations, aligned with product launches and commercial strategies, with a focus on fashion and trends. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and execution of store window displays and product presentations at points of sale. 2. Development of thematic window displays for collections and promotional campaigns. 3. Alignment with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams on trends. **MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, create, and execute window displays and product presentations at points of sale, aligned with product launches and commercial strategies. * Develop thematic window displays for collections, seasonal events, and promotional campaigns. * Create and guide the application of visual elements and in-store communication materials. * Maintain continuous alignment with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams on trends and strategies. * Prepare weekly store visit schedules, providing support and follow-up. * Participate in the organization and execution of pilot window displays, in coordination with department management. * Conduct in-person store visits for training, monitoring, and layout standardization. * Analyze and correct product presentation and store layout across group locations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Fashion, Fashion Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Photoshop, and Canva. * Experience or interest in window display design and visual merchandising. * Strong affinity for fashion and trends, especially in the footwear and sportswear segments. * Willingness to travel. * Flexibility regarding working hours. Preference for candidates residing in Canoas or Porto Alegre.
