**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Accompany the Manager during store visits, supporting activities such as training, dissemination of new procedures, improvements, training of new Assistants, among others;
* Register new company branches in the system using information received from Managers, issuers, working hours data for the After-Sales team, etc.;
* Obtain the Manager’s approvals on Internal Control Forms (CI), personnel incidents, invoices, legal matters, etc., entering them into the system and ensuring proper follow-up;
* Generate various reports, control spreadsheets, and data queries within the system, including: vehicle intake, monthly revenue, service order closures, open service orders, completed trainings, scheduling, customer scheduling confirmation, ranking of Central Scheduling staff, commission spreadsheets, among others;
* Support procurement and purchasing of office, pantry, and kitchen supplies, as well as other departmental requests, to maintain and replenish area inventory;
* Perform administrative tasks supporting Human Resources routines, such as submitting attendance records, adjusting time sheets, issuing letters for absences and tardiness, among others;
* Assist in preparing and managing meeting minutes—collecting signatures, arranging and distributing copies, and archiving required originals—while maintaining organized correspondence files for the department.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) preferred;
* Availability to work 100% on-site.
