This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to gain practical experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide first-level user support promptly and courteously, identifying user needs and guiding them on appropriate actions or escalating complex cases to other IT professionals. * Support users with access, navigation, operational questions, and common errors in systems (ERP, CRM, HR, BI, etc.). * Perform basic checks (cache, permissions, versions, parameters, error logs) and execute authorized workarounds. * Reproduce error scenarios, collect evidence (screenshots, error messages, steps), and document findings for team analysis. * Monitor maintenance windows, notifications, and communications regarding planned outages. Maintain physical and electronic documentation files updated and organized according to defined procedures. * Maintain and create FAQ articles and step-by-step guides (how\-to) for recurring issues. * Update first-level support runbooks with best practices and useful links. * Observe and participate in the daily activities of the IT team to acquire practical professional knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program related to Information Technology; * Basic knowledge of simple software installation and configuration; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. * Proficiency in navigating systems, portals, and web browsers. **Additional Information** Internship stipend; Meal allowance; Mobility allowance.
