Work involving Wi-Fi networks, equipment, telephony, and systems **On-site Position | Canela/RS** You will provide internal IT support, helping to keep daily operations running: Wi-Fi networks, equipment, telephony, ERP, payments/anti-fraud, and support for internal systems. The team is collaborative, and the manager has a highly pedagogical approach, offering real opportunities for learning and growth. **Responsibilities** * Provide support and maintenance to internal teams regarding Wi-Fi network access and basic infrastructure. * Respond to equipment failure tickets: replacement, updates, installation, and user guidance. * Support the telephony system. * Manage equipment delivery and receipt, documentation registration, file control, and inventory/system updates. * Assist in monitoring and implementing internal systems targeting B2C audiences (e.g., reservation launches and non-integrated internal routines). * Train and support employees and partners on systems, equipment, and software (onboarding and operational guidance). * Populate and update content in the EAD module (training materials). * Support the ERP system: issue resolution, answering questions, module-specific training, and suggestions for improvements/new features. * Assist with payment/anti-fraud routines (attempts, analysis, and internal referrals). * Safeguard equipment, information, and materials. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Currently enrolled in IT, Systems, or related fields (preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills (clear Portuguese and diction; professional demeanor). * Responsible profile: punctuality, commitment, openness to feedback, and discipline in following routines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience (even brief) in support/Service Desk, equipment maintenance, or IT routines. * Experience with ERP, CRM, integrations, and user training. * Experience managing IT inventory and documentation.
