Dynamic environment focused on alignment and compliance **Responsibilities:** * Maintain operational alignment with clients, the export department, and partner companies. * Guide RADAR registration and import authorization procedures. * Monitor customs broker activities. * Implement work methods and develop management tools. * Assign tasks and monitor employee performance and motivation. * Manage order forecasts and deliveries. * Prepare and issue departmental reports, spreadsheets, and charts. * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and monitor changes in legislation. * Maintain physical and virtual workplace organization. * Participate in recruitment processes and onboard new employees. * Conduct strategic planning meetings and initiatives for the department. * Coordinate training programs and implement continuous improvement processes. * Mediate and resolve interpersonal and procedural conflicts. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Advanced/Fluent English; * Solid experience in the field \+10 years; * Over 5 years of experience in people management; * Organization, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. **Employment Type: CLT OR PJ
