Requirements Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Leadership, or related areas (desirable) Solid experience as an HR manager in the agribusiness sector or in companies with field operations Knowledge of labor legislation and labor compliance standards Proficiency in core HR subsystems (generalist) Experience managing HR teams and collaborating with senior leadership Willingness to reside in Luís Eduardo Magalhães – BA **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
