We seek a professional dedicated to early childhood education—creative and nurturing—who will contribute to children's cognitive, emotional, and social development, promoting meaningful learning in a safe and stimulating environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and implement pedagogical activities focused on early childhood education; * Monitor children's holistic development, respecting their individual needs; * Stimulate language development, motor coordination, socialization, and autonomy; * Maintain records and track students' progress; * Participate in pedagogical meetings, training sessions, and institutional events; * Collaborate with the pedagogical team to build a welcoming and organized environment. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy**; * Experience in Early Childhood Education is considered a plus; * Strong communication skills, creativity, and ease working with children; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability for on\-site work in **Rio Largo \- AL**. **Additional Information** * On\-site work in Rio Largo \- AL; * Weekly workload of 44 hours, Monday through Saturday; * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Transportation allowance; * Performance bonus; * Career development plan; * Professional training and development. **Work Location** Rio Largo \- AL.
