Job Summary: Technical support professional to perform maintenance, configuration, network management, monitoring, and assist in IT projects. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in implementing IT projects **Employment Type:** CLT **Location:** Maceió \- AL **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM / Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** Fixed salary \- R$1\.800,00 \+ Transportation Voucher (VT) **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to end users (hardware and software); * Maintenance and configuration of computers and peripherals; * Installation and configuration of operating systems and applications; * Local area network (LAN) and internet management; * Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues; * Server and system monitoring; * Documentation of procedures and solutions; * Assistance in implementing IT projects; * Large-scale disk cloning **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in technical support (hardware and software) * Knowledge of hardware maintenance (computers, printers); large-scale disk cloning using software (Aomei, Acronis); computer hardware and software; computer networks (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN); Windows and Linux operating systems * Valid Class B driver's license **Preferred Qualifications:** * Higher education or technical degree (in progress or completed) in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields * Computer Maintenance course * Computer Networking course * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) * Knowledge of information security * Experience with network monitoring tools * Technical English * Strong communication skills **Competencies:** * Problem-solving ability * Strong communication and teamwork skills Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: * Systems Analysis and Development, Higher Education * Information Technology Maintenance and Support, Technical Course * Informatics, Technical Course * Information Technology, Higher Education Languages:* English (Intermediate) Driver's License: B Willingness to travel Transportation Voucher
