Our work environment fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and care for people, strengthening healthy and inspiring relationships. **Job Mission** Support the music teaching and learning process, contributing to students' sensory, cognitive, and expressive development in a welcoming and stimulating environment. **Essential Qualification** * Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. **Desirable Qualification** * Additional courses or certifications in early childhood music education. **Mandatory Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of music education methodologies. **Prerequisites** * Experience or exposure working with children * Sensitivity, proactivity, and ability to work in teams * Flexible availability of schedule * Interest in continuous professional development and active participation in pedagogical initiatives. **Summary of Responsibilities** Assists the Music Teacher in music education activities, supporting material organization, implementation of pedagogical proposals, and individualized student follow-up. Contributes to instrument and pedagogical resource preparation, participates in classes to support students' musical, rhythmic, and expressive development, and performs simple documentation when necessary. Assists in organizing the classroom space, monitors class needs, promotes active participation, and ensures students' safety and well-being. Also collaborates in events, rehearsals, meetings, and professional development sessions, reinforcing an educational environment that is welcoming, creative, and collaborative.
