Performance indicator management and continuous process improvement Plans, organizes, controls, and monitors the company’s logistics operations. Monitors incoming and outgoing product flows, defines delivery routes and priorities, tracks activity execution in real time, and intervenes in case of unforeseen events, ensuring efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery. Manages performance indicators, prepares reports, and proposes continuous improvements to logistics and service processes, aiming to optimize resources and enhance operational quality. Controls inventory and stock accuracy, analyzes discrepancies, and ensures cargo and record integrity. Acts as an interface with internal teams, drivers, suppliers, and customers, ensuring integration across logistics chain stages and customer satisfaction. Participates in the planning and implementation of new logistics projects, sizing resources and tracking results against company-established goals and standards. * Monitor cargo receipt in the system, verifying delivery returns, rescheduling, and confirming correct information entry with the warehouse and technical support departments. * Supervise checkers’ work during cargo loading verification onto trucks, validating dispatch documents and checking for volume discrepancies, damages, or addressing errors, implementing corrections when necessary. * Process invoice billing in the system, including cargo entries, resolving blocks due to registration inconsistencies (telephone, address, CNPJ, CPF), and entering dispatch information into platforms. * Arrange reverse logistics when required, guiding the team on proper movement and warehouse addressing procedures. * Generate delivery maps for the capital and interior regions, creating dispatch routes in the system (including Guido Expresso), preparing delivery documents and folders for each truck, and supervising the pre-departure material checklist. * Monitor cargos created in the system after scanning, verifying addressing discrepancies, tracking reverse logistics in cases of inconsistencies, and supporting the warehouse department in product control and location. * Ensure proper cargo placement in vehicles and departments, supervising the monthly shift-based allocation of the sorting and loading team to maintain an organized workflow and prevent delays or dispatch failures. * Perform other related duties within the scope of this role.
