Develop lesson plans and apply didactic-pedagogical principles THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Logistics) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium paid by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift patterns will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon notification; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** Hourly **Salary:** R$ 22\.91 **Unit:** AL115 Highway Bom Sucesso \| Arapiraca AL \- 57309005 **Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction in the specialty area aligned with the institution’s defined educational pillars, while facilitating students’ learning processes during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics or Administration. Verification of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated through: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training and/or logistics courses. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated through: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Copy of the Worker’s Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly related to the requirements stated in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Service Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “a” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify required experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** § Experience delivering courses and lectures. § Enrolled in postgraduate studies. § Computer literacy. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Applicable to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
