Job Summary: Logistics professional to support planning, organization, and monitoring of transportation operations, ensuring process efficiency and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in planning and monitoring transportation operations. 2. Responsibility for maintaining records and verifying documentation. 3. Point of support and coordination between field staff and supervision. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support planning and verification of daily driver and vehicle schedules. * Assist in organizing operational routes. * Monitor vehicle availability and report incidents to supervision. * Keep vehicle, driver, checklist, and other operational control records up to date. * Verify mandatory documentation (driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, ANTT, etc.). * Serve as a point of support between field staff (drivers, assistants) and supervision. * Report delays, route deviations, or operational incidents. * Provide support to reception and customer service teams regarding transportation matters. * Assist in organizing events and special operations. * Help prepare operational reports and performance controls (fuel, mileage, maintenance, etc.). * Enter data into spreadsheets or internal systems. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technologist degree in Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields. * Experience in transportation or receptive tourism. * Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling and fleet tracking systems. * Ability to handle emergency situations and resolve conflicts. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** * Familiarity with transportation and logistics management systems. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 16.00 per workday * Health Insurance (Hapvida): No waiting period and no co-payment * Dental Plan (Hapvida / Clin) * + Wellness and Health Programs (Wellhub), formerly Gympass * Educational Partnerships * Life Insurance * Complimentary Services from Grupo Luck #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Shift/Hours: According to 6x1 rotating schedule
