Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the operational team on a daily basis * Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures * Participate in safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) events * Eliminate unsafe conditions and assess operational risks * Assign tasks and guide the team * Ensure organization and cleanliness (5S) * Support planning and development of schedules and operational procedures * Monitor production reports and request resources as needed * Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools * Interpret technical drawings and project documentation * Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed technical education in construction or roads * Minimum 2 years of experience as a civil team leader * Mandatory training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), 5S, and applicable technical standards * Knowledge of technical standards and OHS procedures * Leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills * Valid driver's license * Must reside in the Pilar/AL region or nearby areas **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Experience with NR33, NR35, and industrial construction safety regulations * Industrial sector experience, especially in Oil & Gas * Additional courses in project leadership, construction planning, and system inspection and testing **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** -------------------------- * Meal/Voucher Allowance: * VA R$ 600.00 (basic food basket) * R$ 31.74 per business day (R$ 23.50 lunch + R$ 8.24 snack) * Approximate monthly total: R$ 1\.234,80 (amount may vary depending on number of business days) * Transportation: * Company-chartered van * Medical Assistance (Unimed): * No monthly fee for employees (only co-payment) * Extendable to dependents with monthly fee and co-payment * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * TotalPass: Physical wellness benefit
