Opportunity to ensure inventory accuracy **Job Description:** ---------------------- Loss Prevention: Identify critical vulnerability points in the logistics flow to prevent theft, damage, and waste. Damage Monitoring: Regularly inspect the physical condition of goods and packaging, reporting and segregating non-conforming items. Storage Standards: Audit whether products are stored in accordance with technical standards (maximum stacking height, temperature, humidity, FIFO). Accuracy: Ensure that the physical inventory quantity matches exactly the quantity recorded in the system (ERP/WMS). Process Auditing: Monitor and supervise all stages of inventory counts (cycle and full), ensuring data transparency. Discrepancy Analysis: Investigate root causes of inventory shortages or overages, proposing corrective action plans. Performance Reporting: Conduct critical analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and present loss metrics to management, supporting decision-making to ensure inventory accuracy. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Knowledge of logistical processes (Receiving, Dispatch, Warehousing).
