




Job Summary: Store manager for the female audience, responsible for planning, managing the team, executing sales strategies, overseeing operations, and ensuring achievement of targets. Dynamic environment focused on the customer. **Prior experience in shopping malls and stores targeting the female audience (apparel, accessories, footwear) required.** **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and manage the store team, including monitoring work schedules, timekeeping, vacation rosters, performance, and sales results. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store KPIs and objectives. * Monitor, analyze, and present daily results to the team, including revenue, items per customer (IPC), average transaction value, average sales per employee, and conversion rate. * Manage merchandise and packaging inventory, performing required record-keeping and completing necessary forms. * Monitor and, when needed, perform store opening and closing procedures. * Conduct regular team meetings to review sales performance, operational metrics, and management matters. * Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes. * Accurately apply commercial legislation and internal policies regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds. * Support the team in resolving customer complaints and delivering high-quality service. * Lead team collaboration, manage conflicts, and foster a cooperative work environment. * Recommend merchandise purchase lists to senior management, considering customer demand and product turnover. * Manage product assortment to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. * Monitor product exchanges, ensuring correct application of internal policies. * Organize and store cash register closing files in designated cloud drives. * Achieve sales goals through continuous training, guidance, motivation, and feedback to the team. * Conduct performance evaluations to identify training needs and support employees’ career path development. * Review daily communications and announcements on the company website and retailer portal. **Job Challenges** * Ensure achievement of store KPIs and targets. * Maintain team engagement and alignment with current rules and policies. * Master product knowledge and specifications to confidently guide the team. * Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and best sales practices. * Develop commercial strategies to increase foot traffic, boost in-store traffic, and improve profitability.
