Responsibilities and Duties * Perform cleaning and sanitation of departmental areas, including packaging, bagging, and adjacent rooms—sweeping, washing, and sanitizing floors, walls, surfaces, equipment, and utensils according to established procedures and schedules. * Collect, replace bags, and properly dispose of waste. * Use and properly maintain cleaning equipment and materials, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene protocols, identifying and reporting irregularities that could compromise product quality or employee safety.
