Optimize product display at strategic locations within the store. **Responsibilities** * Supervise gondola restocking routines, assigning tasks to store operators and monitoring store layout implementation to ensure products are always available, well-displayed, and easily accessible to customers. * Coordinate pricing and promotional execution in the sales area, guiding the team on correct product labeling and conducting daily checks to ensure 100% accuracy between shelf prices and the system. * Ensure layout and visual merchandising standards are maintained, guiding the team to keep aisles unobstructed, signage accurate, and highlight zones organized, immediately correcting any deviation from established standards. * Monitor and guide the team daily, providing support, delivering immediate feedback, tracking attendance, and ensuring all staff follow company operational and safety procedures. * Identify and report operational improvement opportunities and challenges to the immediate manager, communicating recurring stockouts, process difficulties, or customer feedback that could optimize operations. * Execute setup of additional displays and promotional campaigns, following the visual merchandising implementation guide to ensure attractive, standardized visual communication that drives sales of featured items. * Conduct daily checklists for sales area organization and cleanliness, ensuring the store environment consistently meets Carajás’ excellence standards, providing a pleasant and safe space for customers. * Optimize product display at strategic store locations—such as gondola ends and promotional islands—ensuring high-turnover items, high-margin products, and underperforming items are always highlighted to maximize sales opportunities. * Supervise critical in-store processes including price changes and inventory control, ensuring rapid implementation of price adjustments and accurate movement of goods to minimize losses and financial discrepancies.
