The professional will be responsible for performing on-site furniture assembly at customers' homes, ensuring quality, finish, and adherence to delivery deadlines as specified in the technical team's project plans. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in carpentry and willingness to learn and improve skills (assembly and/or production); * Driver's license category A or B (availability for travel); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Organization and care for tools and work environment. **Desired Profile:** * Strong ethical and professional conduct; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Commitment to **DEADLINES** and quality; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **HIGH-END** furniture; * Knowledge of specialty hardware and fine finishing. **Benefits:** * **Productivity-based commission**; * Structured work environment and professional recognition; * Opportunity for career growth within the company.
