Job Summary: The professional will monitor the organization’s business strategy, manage educational operations, and support financial and project management in Basic Education. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and improvement of processes and performance in Basic Education. 2. Operational management of educational, sports, cultural, and academic events. 3. Support for financial management and coordination between schools and the Basic Education Coordination. * Monitor the organization’s business strategy through information analysis, process improvements, and performance metric tracking. * **When Supporting the Basic Education Operations Management** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the execution of extracurricular activities and out-of-school-time initiatives, verifying alignment with approved plans, operational capacity of units, and risks to quality and continuity of actions. * Manage operational aspects of educational, sports, cultural, and academic events—from planning to execution—using checklists, deadline tracking, and results consolidation. * Logistically coordinate pedagogical trips, student competitions, and external activities, ensuring organization, administrative compliance, timely execution, and alignment with institutional objectives. * Monitor educational projects linked to schools and the Basic Education business unit, tracking schedules, deliverables, financial execution (for monitoring purposes), risks, and impacts to support managerial decision-making. * Support financial resource management for business-related activities by monitoring costs, conducting operational feasibility analyses, and preparing technical inputs for the Basic Education Coordination. * Develop and maintain standardized operational checklists for recurring activities to promote predictability, efficiency, and risk mitigation in school execution. * Produce executive reports and technical analyses of Basic Education operations, consolidating execution data, performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making. * Support monitoring of operational action plans, focusing on tracking deadlines, responsible parties, and action status, flagging deviations or needs for intervention. * Serve as a technical liaison point among schools, the Basic Education Coordination, and support departments, ensuring alignment, smooth information flow, and reduced operational noise. * Support alignment of school timetables related to out-of-school-time initiatives, events, and projects, ensuring compatibility with unit operations without compromising regular pedagogical organization. * Support and organize institutional communication approval and distribution workflows across the network, ensuring standardization, clarity, timeliness, and compliance with institutional guidelines. * Support management and monitoring of contracts for products and services linked to the Basic Education business unit, tracking deadlines, execution, and adherence to contractual scope—without direct involvement in negotiation or contracting. * Coordinate\-with school teams to ensure standardization of monitoring tools and maintenance of consistent service quality standards. * Propose practical improvements to school operational workflows, routines, and tools, contributing to strengthening units’ management capacity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Pedagogy, or related fields * Experience in Project Management * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience with Agile Methodologies * Verbal and written fluency * Experience with budgetary management structures The **Sesi (Industry Social Service)** and the **Senai (National Industrial Training Service)** are part of the **Fiea System**, which belongs to a national system composed of 27 state federations and led by the National Confederation of Industry (CNI).
