We seek communicative, determined, agile professionals who enjoy working with people! **Main Challenges:** * Monitor projects focused on economic activities, employment, and income generation, supporting the implementation of actions for the territory's socioeconomic development; * Conduct information gathering, support territorial diagnostics, and contribute to identifying opportunities for employment and income generation; support engagement with local stakeholders, beneficiaries, and institutional partners; * Monitor field activities to ensure alignment with project planning and objectives; * Contribute to report writing, data organization, and indicator tracking, supporting project monitoring and evaluation. **Required Qualification:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Administration, Economics, or related fields. **Desired Knowledge and Experience:** * Experience in socioeconomic and/or territorial development projects; * Fieldwork experience and community engagement; * Ability to organize, monitor activities, and prepare reports; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences. **Additional Information:** * Availability for fieldwork; * Driver's license category B and experience driving vehicles; **We seek professionals available for in-person work in Maceió/AL.
