This includes liaising with suppliers, tracking purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and supporting negotiations to consistently achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery time. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct price quotations with suppliers, issue purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules and ensure adherence to agreed timelines, maintain up-to-date supplier and product databases, support negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms, verify invoices and purchase orders, manage minimum stock levels, assist in procurement planning, and organize departmental documents and reports.
