Every day, we strive to meet market demands with excellence in solutions, equipment, and services — and we believe we have the best talent to deliver these results. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** **Your new opportunity may be right here.** We are looking for a **Service Coordinator**, to join the Services team in Campo Verde/MT.**What is the challenge?** * Coordinate the service department team, establishing synergy among customers, the company, and the factory, positively achieving proposed targets; * Plan and monitor departmental activities, analyzing actions carried out by the team, guiding, directing, and taking necessary measures to ensure achievement of goals and objectives; * Develop the team under your management by identifying training needs, planning, monitoring, and evaluating training outcomes to ensure productivity and continuous improvement; * Negotiate with customers for scheduled maintenance or ad-hoc service visits, scheduling services to direct the team; * Diagnose machine/equipment issues with mechanical support, identifying probable causes, specifying required parts and tools, to release mechanics for field work; * Instruct and supervise loading/unloading of machines/equipment to ensure compliance with the checklist; * Visit potential customers to generate service demand and strengthen relationships; **What do we expect from you?** * Completed undergraduate degree (Agronomy/Business Administration/Commercial Management/Agricultural Engineering/Agribusiness Management). * Basic knowledge of people and time management; * Knowledge of goal setting and management; * Understanding of service delivery processes; * Basic knowledge of agricultural or off-road equipment operation and maintenance **What will you find?** * Health insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Welhub. * Day Off * Nors+ Partnership with FATEC MT (25% tuition discount for employees and dependents). ***If you are a person with a disability (PCD), please indicate this in your application so we can review your candidacy with appropriate care.*****Ready to embrace a new challenge at Nors and join an expanding team?** We count on you!
