Job Summary: Research and Development Analyst responsible for developing and improving products, conducting tests, evaluating raw materials, and supporting regulatory registrations and technical requirements. Support regulatory registrations and validations The company is seeking a Research and Development Analyst in Várzea Grande. **Responsibilities:** Develop new products and improve existing ones (cuts, offal, processed items, packaging, and presentations). Conduct industrial, pilot, and process validation tests. Evaluate raw materials, inputs, ingredients, and packaging. Support regulatory registrations, modifications, and validations. Work on process standardization and waste reduction. Support technical requirements from the commercial department and customers. Participate in internal and external audits as needed. Previous experience as an Innovation Analyst, Product Development Analyst, Market Researcher, or Technology Development Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
