About the Position **Job Mission:** Perform administrative activities through document analysis and verification, report generation, and process execution and control, aiming to ensure deadline compliance, internal process organization and agility under more flexible supervision. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Support inbound and outbound goods processes by entering and issuing respective required documents, following company norms and procedures; * Conduct document verification, request and/or perform registration of materials, customers, and batches, thereby ensuring correct information entry into the system, as well as arranging physical and fiscal adjustments, returns of damaged or expired products via issuance of fiscal invoices; * Ensure inventory accuracy through data reconciliation between system reports and physical stock counts, controlling entries and exits to maintain data precision; * Ensure product movement information and data reported to external agencies are provided only with supervisory approval; * Coordinate cargo closing together with the commercial area, monitoring product orders and delivery schedules to expedite goods delivery control and minimize costs, issuing freight payment authorizations for third parties and verifying service purchase orders; * Analyze and support fiscal and accounting closing processes for the department through report generation, document analysis, monitoring, execution, and process control, ensuring accurate data entry into financial and management systems; * Map, document, and update norms and procedures; suggest process improvements for the department; develop indicators and dashboards; and keep them updated; * Analyze and monitor budget execution, as well as assist in tracking departmental goals. 9 Execute, control, and support operational license management and renewals; * Comply with norms and procedures and safeguard Fiagril's assets. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree. **Field of Study:** Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Technical Competencies:** **Mandatory** ✅ Microsoft Office \- Intermediate. **Desirable** SAP \- Basic; Basic Tax and Accounting Legislation; Power BI \- Basic.
