




Job Summary: Engage in active prospecting, lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and consultative solution offerings, contributing to commercial organization and sales process structuring. Contribution to the organization and structuring of commercial processes. * Conduct active prospecting (cold calling / cold leads) of potential customers; * Initiate initial contact with companies to qualify leads and schedule meetings between the customer and the partner (Closer); * Identify and approach decision-makers, primarily owners or individuals responsible for finance or procurement; * Work with leads sourced via Google, focusing on companies with 30–300 employees across any industry; * Manually track interactions and schedules, as the company does not yet use a CRM; * Support the organization of commercial information and contribute to future sales process structuring. * Deliver consultative offerings of new services, solutions, and tools to existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion, process improvement, and increased commercial value. **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed salary: R$ 2.400,00 * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Commission based on closed contracts; * Weekly bonuses. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from **08:15 to 18:00**. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as SDR, telesales, pre-sales, or similar commercial functions; * Basic knowledge of IT and technology; * Strong communication, organizational, and disciplinary skills; * Proactive profile with ease in conducting active prospecting and approaching decision-makers.
