Warehouse Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for controlling warehouse materials, receiving and organizing supplies, sorting raw materials, and performing external deliveries, ensuring workplace order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and organization of warehouse materials 2. Performing external services using the company's vehicle 3. Assisting with workplace order, cleanliness, and inventory Manage the inflow and outflow of all warehouse materials, ensuring proper system updates. Receive materials from suppliers, verify quantities and quality, and organize them on shelves. Receive technical specifications for parts and sort the required raw materials for production. Deliver materials to employees for part manufacturing, and provide support regarding delivery of office, maintenance, and cleaning supplies. Perform external services using the company's vehicle, including goods delivery, material collection from suppliers, and administrative document pickup. Assist in maintaining workplace order, cleanliness, and the condition of equipment and tools. Occasionally assist in inventory processes.
