We are hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and partners. Main Responsibilities: Online customer service via WhatsApp for all 24 units; Reservation and booking management; Conflict resolution with customers; Sales of room decorations and menu items; Direct front desk support. **Work Location:** Office located at Square SC (Saco Grande neighborhood, Florianópolis). Please verify the location and your commuting availability. * Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM * Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Compensation and Benefits: Salary: BRL 2,220.70 (\+ night shift allowance, if applicable) Meal allowance: BRL 400.00 (increases to BRL 600.00 after 90 days); Fuel allowance: no payroll deduction; Transportation voucher: 6% payroll deduction; Attendance-based Day Off \+ 6 annual leave days; Drops Loyalty Club (tenure-based bonus); Life insurance; Unimed health plan with fixed monthly fee; Annual team-building events.
