Key responsibilities include: * Provide in-person customer service and deliver information regarding procedures; * Register customer data in the system and update records; * Monitor scheduled dates and times; * Guide customers through initial procedures and escort them to their chairs; * Maintain signage for service areas and restrooms; * Organize and prepare the workplace environment before opening, keeping it clean and pleasant; * Explore alternative rescheduling options, including fitting in appointments and making adjustments, setting priorities, and communicating with all involved parties; * Manage supply inventory; * Receive and sort internal and external correspondence—including packages, telegrams, faxes, and banking correspondence—organizing and distributing them to recipients; * Manage and organize customer payments.
