Job Summary:
This professional will support the Quality Assurance team, handling regulatory procedures, monitoring returns, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with RDCs (Resoluções da Diretoria Colegiada) and official ordinances.

· Provide support to the company's Quality Assurance team regarding legal and regulatory procedures with health surveillance agencies, Regional Councils of Pharmacy (CRF), ANVISA, etc.
· Monitor customer returns, verifying drug integrity prior to reintegration into inventory and conducting appropriate investigations when necessary.
· Ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated in RDC 430/2020\.
· Ensure integrity during receipt, dispatch, and storage of controlled drugs (Ordinance 344/1998\).
· Ensure that all thermolabile and temperature-sensitive drugs are stored and dispatched in a manner that preserves their integrity.
· Monitor all regulatory requirements for the branch, ensuring timely renewal of all required documents.
· Ensure operational activities comply fully with established standards and provide support as needed.
· Monitor and address quality-related incidents/non-conformities, proposing improvements and action plans.
· Conduct temperature and humidity monitoring;
· Participate in cyclic and spot inventories to ensure accurate inventory control.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy;
Active CRF registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in pharmaceutical logistics;
Postgraduate degree in logistics;
SAP system knowledge.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$2\.091,00 per month
