Come help build the future of design at Portobello Shop! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle infrastructure incidents via service tickets, interacting with internal departments and vendors; * Perform troubleshooting in on\-premises and cloud environments, focusing on connectivity and availability; * Administer and maintain network environments (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, and VPN), ensuring availability and performance; * Implement and maintain infrastructure and network monitoring solutions using tools such as Zabbix and others; * Proactively analyze alerts to identify and mitigate potential incidents before business impact occurs; * Define and adjust monitoring metrics, thresholds, and dashboards; * Document operational procedures and support users via service tickets; * Participate in continuous improvement projects related to the IT infrastructure of Portobello Office and company-owned stores; * Support capacity, availability, and performance analysis of environments; * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure environment stability and security, adhering to company best practices and policies; * Automate simple operational routines to improve efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Infrastructure, or related fields; * Experience with Linux and Microsoft environments (servers and workstations); * Basic cloud knowledge; * Solid experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and routing); * Experience with network troubleshooting (latency, packet loss, and connectivity); * Intermediate knowledge of open-source network/environment monitoring tools; * Familiarity with scripting (Shell, Bash, or Python); * Proactive, agile profile with strong ownership mindset. **Additional Information** **What We Offer Portobello Lovers:** * Medical and dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Vacation bonus; * Pharmacy assistance; * Support for dependents with disabilities; * Wellhub (wellness platform); * Birthday day off; * Discount on Portobello products; * Discount network — partnerships with various institutions; * Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Aprende Shop (online learning platform); * Professional Training and Development Programs.
