Job Summary: Professional to handle invoice (NF) and bill issuance, order control, sector organization, product preparation and packaging, and quality inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Order and inventory control and organization. 2. Product preparation and packaging. 3. Quality inspection and freight quotation. **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Invoice (NF) and bill issuance/printing. * Order entry and verification via system; * Mercado Livre order control; * Assist in sector organization. * Receive and interpret orders from resellers or end consumers; * Deduct orders from inventory; * Fill out production orders for filters according to manufacturing sequence, aligning with the production order number assigned to the production department supervisor, and request delivery deadlines for orders; * Fill out reseller orders for reseller orders; * Inspect, clean, and review filters arriving from the shipping department; * Prepare, package, and label customer orders for shipment via postal service, freight carrier, Mercado Livre, or other delivery methods; * Apply oil to filters for urban models or other models when requested; * Assist in sealing and packaging filters; * Assist in placing filters into respective packaging, including necessary items such as stationery, gloves, and oil bottles; * Assist in order inspection and review; * Assist in packing filters into transport boxes; * Assist in volume counting and box identification with company name and order invoice number; * Assist in assembling boxes for warehouse storage; * Assist in weekly and monthly inventory tracking of shipping materials (supplies and products); * Sequence orders in the ERP; * Invoice approved quotations; * Perform quality checks on products; * Obtain freight quotations and request pickups via WhatsApp/telephone; * Continuously seek improvements in department operations and work processes through suggestions. ***MEAL ALLOWANCE: R$ 600.00*** * Interested candidates should submit resumes with subject line: "Shipping Assistant Position".
