Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM \- Saturday shift (approximately once per month per receptionist): 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Compensation and Benefits Base salary: R$ 1\.978,00 Transportation allowance 20% cash-handling bonus Meal allowance (VA): R$ 250,00 Health insurance (with payroll deduction after probation period) Fogaça Card Benefits Club (discounts on products, services, leisure, and education – for you and up to 4 additional people!) Key Responsibilities In-person and WhatsApp-based customer service Authorization of health insurance referrals Issuing invoices and recording payments Reception organization and clinic room checklists Supporting administrative reception routines What We Expect From You: Strong communication skills and empathy; Organization and attention to detail Proactivity and willingness to learn Prior experience authorizing health insurance referrals is a plus Previous customer service experience is a plus We seek someone who embraces our mission and contributes to a collaborative environment where patient well-being begins at the first contact Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.978,00 per month Experience: * Experience in medical clinics, hospitals, and laboratories.
