Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile We are looking for a BDR to work on-site in the Ingleses neighborhood of Florianópolis/SC. **Work Location:** ✔ On-site – Ingleses \| Florianópolis. **Working Hours:** ✔ Monday to Friday. ✔ Business hours. **Employment Model:** ✔ Individual Contractor (PJ) **Main Responsibilities:** Active prospecting of new customers (outbound); Lead qualification and identification of business opportunities; Outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; Scheduling meetings for the sales team; Updating information in the CRM; Support in developing prospecting strategies. **Requirements** Prior experience as a BDR, SDR, or in sales; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented profile; Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; B2B sales experience is preferred. **Advantages** Experience with outbound prospecting; Background in technology or services; Knowledge of sales techniques and lead qualification. ### **Employment Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Sales
