Prior sales experience and excellent communication **SDR Assistant** As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) Assistant, your mission is to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and open doors for our consulting team to close major sales. **Your main responsibilities:** * Conduct active prospecting (Outbound) via phone, e-mail, and social media. * Qualify leads generated by our marketing efforts (Inbound). * Identify our customers' challenges. * Schedule strategic meetings for the sales team (Closers). * Keep the CRM updated with market-related information. **What we are looking for:** * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or pre-sales. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle objections and focus on results. * Organizational skills to manage daily contact volume (follow-ups). * *Bonus:* Knowledge of the machinery and equipment sector sold by Sermaq. **What we offer:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2.500,00. * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 18.00 per workday. * **Unimed Health Plan**: available after 90 days of probation. 50% of the monthly fee subsidized by the company. * **Life Insurance.** **How to apply:** Interested candidates must send their resume to talentos@sermaq.com.br with the subject line: **"SDR Position - Sermaq"**.
