Responsibilities include training staff, managing the cash register, performing store opening/closing procedures, and monitoring shift financial results. Requires high school diploma, leadership skills, and fast-food experience. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Engage, train, and develop team members during the shift. * **Operations:** Coordinate food production in the kitchen and service in the dining room. * **Financial Controls:** Cash reconciliation, bank deposit verification, and report analysis. * **Quality and Safety:** Ensure adherence to KFC quality standards and food safety regulations. * **Opening/Closing:** Direct responsibility for safe and correct store opening and/or closing.
