As a Systems Specialist, you will serve as the technical reference for corporate systems, responsible for advanced support, complex problem resolution, and continuous evolution of the company's systems. You will also contribute to solution architecture, IT governance, and provide technical guidance to less experienced analysts. What will your day-to-day look like? * Provide specialized technical support at an advanced level; * Resolve complex incidents and document solutions; * Develop enhancements and customizations for systems; * Create and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting; * Lead system implementations, integrations, and upgrades; * Map and propose improvements to business processes; * Define technical standards and development best practices; * Mentor analysts and share technical knowledge; * Collaborate with vendors, monitoring deliveries and SLAs; * Ensure access management and compliance with information security policies and LGPD. What do we expect from you? Key technical knowledge: * Proficiency in Senior ERP (configuration, customization, and support); * Advanced SQL, focusing on complex queries and performance optimization; * Programming logic and development best practices; * Knowledge of relational databases: * Oracle * SQL Server * PostgreSQL * MySQL * Root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents.
