Strategic negotiation and relationship building **Architect Manager – Escritolândia.** **Location:** Florianópolis and Region (On-site) **About the position:** Escritolândia is seeking a dynamic professional who combines technical architectural insight with strong commercial and managerial capabilities. You will be the right hand of operations—leading our team of consultant architects, ensuring excellence in customer service and success in converting new business opportunities. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Manage and develop the team of consultant architects, ensuring alignment between technical and commercial objectives. * **Commercial Management:** Actively maintain and expand the unit’s client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities. * **Showroom Management:** Maintain organization, presentation, and updating of our physical space, transforming\-it into an impeccable sales tool. * **Strategic Negotiation:** Lead complex deal closures and build long-term relationships based on trust. **What we are looking for (Requirements):** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. * **Experience:** Solid experience in customer service, consultative sales, or related fields. * **Profile:** Natural negotiation skills and full focus on deadlines and details. * **Location:** Must reside in Florianópolis or its metropolitan region. **Advantages:** * Hands-on, results-oriented profile. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills to establish authority with clients.
