Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and coordinating export processes, including registration, correction, deadline monitoring, and document preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, proactivity, and interpersonal relationships. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Experience in export operations; * Behavioral competencies: Strong interpersonal skills; Focused attention; Organization; Proactivity; Adaptability; Ability to work under deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Register the DUE (Unique Export Declaration). * Perform registration corrections when necessary. * Register LPCO and monitor approval/requirements through the Brazilian Federal Revenue System. * Verify the fiscal classification of goods. * Analyze and monitor customs transit operations (DAT). * Maintain systems and spreadsheets up to date. * Prepare documents required by relevant authorities (e.g., Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, OIC, etc.). * Monitor and comply with applicable deadlines for the operation. * Coordinate the retrieval of documents required for the process, such as the Bill of Lading (BL) and certificates. * Coordinate, per client instructions, the dispatch of original process documents and preparation of the Air Waybill (AWB) to the importer and/or bank. * Monitor and analyze all procedures applicable to the export process, from cargo loading to process endorsement. * Participate in other occasional and related activities within the area, as directed by the immediate supervisor, following instructions and guidelines to support fulfillment of departmental demands and obligations.
