Job Summary: The Quality Auditor will conduct process audits, evaluate incidents, analyze root causes of deviations, and support production departments to ensure product and process compliance. We are seeking a professional to work as a Quality Auditor in Pouso Alegre \- Minas Gerais. Responsibilities: * Conduct process audits to verify compliance of production technical documentation, such as completion of checklists, versatility matrices, DOPs, and calibration of measurement instruments; * Evaluate internal and external incidents, directing corrective actions with responsible departments using quality tools to ensure product and process compliance; * Investigate incidents on-site together with responsible departments, validating various processes to identify potential problem causes; * Analyze root causes of deviations and failures in products and their respective processes (immediate incident handling), defining and following the problem-solving methodology according to quality procedures; * Conduct training sessions, when necessary, to resolve identified issues; * Present defect indicator results found during audits, production processes, testing, or final inspection to guide incident handling; * Support production departments in defining controls and developing documents to improve process effectiveness; * Validate the effectiveness of corrective actions defined in Non-Conformance Reports from ad-hoc audits; * Block equipment in inventory and production lines, when required; * Monitor physical stock balance of blocked equipment to ensure parts control; * Prepare department-related documents using images and technical information to contain non-conformities in the production process; * Perform functional tests on products and raw materials using specific instruments outlined in each equipment's checklist or applicable specifications (e.g., drawings, component descriptions, among other specifications) to ensure proper operation. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed technical or technological education in: Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Computer literacy — word processing, spreadsheets, and internet; * Metrology; * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings; * Quality tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Brainstorming, PDCA, Histogram, MASP); * Certification in ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent. Working Hours \- Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
