Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance with the current Quality Management System within DHL Supply Chain. Execute activities related to implementation and maintenance of the Quality Policy, Objectives, and Quality Management System.**Requirements** -------------- \- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Quality Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields; \- Experience in Quality-related activities and knowledge of Quality Management Systems; \- Availability to work in Extrema/MG as Technical Responsible; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Power BI; \- Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.**Responsibilities** --------------------- \- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, ISO standards, and other relevant requirements. \- Manage CAPA processes: initiation, review, investigation, action plan development, and follow-up with respective departments. \- Administer the calibration program within the Quality Management System (QMS). \- Support internal, external, regulatory, normative, and corporate audits. \- Coordinate the 5S Program and self-inspections, ensuring execution and follow-up of action plans. \- Prepare and conduct quality briefings for teams. \- Monitor and control outsourced services (cleaning, pest control, water tank hygiene). \- Manage Quality Notifications (QN): registration, investigation, evaluation, action plan development, and closure. \- Prepare presentations for management review and critical analysis meetings. \- Provide support to internal departments, supervision, and management. \- Liaise with service providers as required. \- Draft, review, and approve standard operating procedures, work instructions, and forms. \- Fulfill the function’s training matrix. \- Manage cleaning reports and handle complaints: analysis and approval in coordination with supervision. \- Participate in periodic quality meetings with customers and management. \- Conduct supplier qualification and maintain updated documentation in the QMS. \- Manage change controls: initiation, review, approval, action plan development, and follow-up. \- Propose continuous improvement initiatives via internal programs. \- Deliver, record, and manage training, including onboarding and refresher sessions. \- Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, 5S, and Code of Conduct standards. \- Track renewals of regulatory documents.
