We are seeking a professional to work as a **Quality Coordinator** at our **Serra das Antas Factory** in **Bueno Brandão (MG)**. If you are passionate about ensuring quality and excellence in processes and seek a dynamic work environment, this is your opportunity! **What we expect from you:** * Technical or higher education degree in Dairy Science, Food Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or related fields; **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Self-Control Programs. * Microsoft Office Suite: Word and Excel; * Management Systems: Familiarity with ERP control software; * Issuance and control of production orders. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate laboratory activities, ensuring reliability of microbiological and physicochemical analyses, monitoring shelf-life studies, dispatching samples to external laboratories, and calibration of equipment and instruments. * Manage industrial hygiene routines and Self-Control Programs, ensuring compliance with cleaning guidelines, food safety, monitoring activities, and validation of established controls. * Administer the Quality Management System, performing document, record, and master list creation, review, updating, and control, ensuring standardization, traceability, and regulatory compliance. * Control raw materials, supplies, and laboratory materials, ensuring conformity with technical specifications, resource availability, and appropriate inventory and procurement management. * Lead non-conformance management, customer complaints, and quality indicators, conducting root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, tracking effectiveness, and reporting deviations to management. * Plan, execute, and monitor internal, customer, and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and implementation of necessary action plans. * Conduct training, onboarding, and technical support related to Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety, and addressing technical and commercial demands through issuance of reports, certificates, and technical data sheets. **What we offer:** * Tuition Reimbursement Program (available after 3 months of employment); * Access to the **CONEXA SAÚDE** platform for elective medical consultations and therapy (via TELEHEALTH); * VIVA \- One day off in your birthday month. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 07:00 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 16:00; Saturday: 07:00 \- 11:00 If you are committed, detail-oriented, and wish to contribute to the excellence of one of the largest names in the dairy industry, join the Ipanema Dairy Group!
